LOYALTY CARD PROGRAM

With our loyalty stamp card, you earn a stamp for every $20 pre-tax spent. For every $100, you will earn 25% off your choice of one in-stock item (excluding furniture, sale items, and special orders). It is the customers responsibility to keep track of their loyalty card, as our system does not keep track of stamps earned.

& MATCHING

We do not offer post-order price dropping or matching when an item's price drops after you purchase it. Our prices regularly change, and the price paid when the order was placed is the lowest price we were able to offer at the time. We consistently offer competitive prices on everything we carry because we know low prices are very important to our customers.

RETURN POLICY


We have a 30 day in-store credit or exchange policy with receipt. If you do not have a receipt, we may be able to look up your purchase in our system. Special orders, furniture, jewelry, clothing, & handbags are final sale.


ON APPROVAL


If you are unsure if a larger item will work in your space, we encourage you to take advantage of our "on approval program". You will leave a payment method on file at the store and take the item home for up to 24 hours to ensure it will work before you finalize your purchase.
